More About Lucy Lurie
Lucy Lurie is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professionals Council/HCPC and a full member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Forensic Psychology. She holds a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology, a MSc. in Forensic Psychology and a MSc. in Occupational Psychology. She has held registration since October 2014.
Lucy has worked as a psychologist since April 2002 and until recently worked as the Head of Therapies and Lead Psychologist for a mental health hospital in Hertfordshire. Whilst she continues to offer sessional work one day a week at the hospital, she recently decided to use her expertise to open her own private practice to provide private psychological work, specifically individual therapy sessions, for clients with a variety of presenting difficulties. She also provides psychological assessments of clients and can deliver specialist assessments in a variety of areas.
She has expertise in writing independent psychological reports for parole boards and case reviews, commissioned via solicitor and presenting as an expert witness at oral hearings.
