This offer is exclusively provided to you by Proactive Medical & Life Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Participation
1.1. By participating in this offer, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any insurer.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1. This offer is available only to new clients who:

Purchase a health insurance policy through Proactive Medical & Life Ltd; and

Maintain the policy for a minimum period of 12 months from the policy start date.
2.2. The health insurance policy must be arranged through Proactive Medical & Life Ltd and must not be cancelled, lapsed, or terminated within the first 12 months.
2.3. The offer is available only to policies purchased by individuals and does not apply to corporate or business health insurance policies.
2.4. Clients must be UK residents aged 18 or over to qualify for this promotion.
2.5. This offer is limited to one qualifying policy per paying client. Where a client takes out more than one policy (e.g. for a partner or adult child), only one policy will qualify for the “one month free” premium payment. This ensures a fair and consistent application of the incentive in line with FCA Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines.
3. Offer Fulfilment
3.1. The “one month free” premium will be provided as a reimbursement equal to the monthly premium amount payable under the client’s policy.
3.2. This reimbursement will be issued in the third month of the policy year, provided the policy remains active and premiums are up to date.
3.3. The reimbursement will be paid directly to the bank account from which policy premiums are collected, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4. If the policy is cancelled or lapses before the reimbursement is paid, the client will not be eligible for this offer.
4. General Terms
4.1. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or incentives offered by Proactive Medical & Life Ltd.
4.2. The reimbursement is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into any other form of payment or benefit.
4.3. Proactive Medical & Life Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.4. In the event of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to void the offer and reclaim any amounts paid.
5. Regulatory Compliance
5.1. Proactive Medical & Life Ltd is an appointed representative of Healthnet Services, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
5.2. This offer is made in compliance with FCA rules regarding financial promotions and customer incentives.
